1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website, booking a class, or creating an account with Tarteel e Quran Institute, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our services

We provide online Quran education — including Nazra, Tajweed, Hifz, Tafseer, Arabic, and Islamic Studies — delivered one‑to‑one or in groups by certified teachers via secure video classes.

3. Enrolment & payments

• The first trial class is free, with no payment required.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance according to the plan you choose. Prices are shown on our Pricing page.
• You may change your plan or cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Scheduling & attendance

Classes are scheduled in your local timezone. We ask for reasonable notice to reschedule. Repeated no‑shows may result in forfeited classes. We will always do our best to arrange make‑up classes where possible.

5. Conduct

Students, parents, and teachers agree to interact with respect and in keeping with Islamic manners (adab). We reserve the right to suspend accounts that engage in abusive or inappropriate behaviour.

6. Refunds

We offer a money‑back guarantee on the trial experience. For paid subscriptions, refunds for unused classes are handled fairly on a case‑by‑case basis — please contact us.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
