When you book a free trial, register, or contact us, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email, phone number, country, timezone, and details about the student. For registered users we also store account credentials securely (passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text).

How we use your information

• To schedule classes, match you with a teacher, and deliver your lessons.
• To send class reminders, progress reports, and account notifications by email and WhatsApp.
• To process payments and issue invoices and certificates.
• To respond to your enquiries and improve our services.

Sharing & third parties

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the academy — such as our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), video provider (Zoom), email and messaging services, and, with your consent, advertising partners (Google AdSense). We never sell your personal information.

Children's privacy

Many of our students are children. Accounts for minors are created and managed by a parent or guardian, who controls the information provided and can request changes or deletion at any time.
